Army bloggers Roundtable with MSG Barbara Rubio and CPT Mariah Smith

MSG Barbara Rubio and CPT Mariah Smith, both current Congressional Fellows working in the Office of the Chief of Legislative Liaison, will discuss their role interfacing with Congress on Capitol Hill. Both work in Congressional Offices, providing insight on the Army at the offices in which they work, but primarily learning first-hand about the legislative process.
