Interview with U.S. Coast Guard Rear Admiral Keith Taylor

Rear Admiral Keith Taylor, Assistant Commandant for Resources and Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. Coast Guard, will discuss the President's signature of HR 2638, the "Consolidated Security, Disaster Assistance and continuing Appropriations Act, 2009" provided the Coast Guard with $9.4 billion in funding for fiscal year 2009, an increase of $682 million for discretionary funding from fiscal year 2008.
