Interview with U.S. Army Col. Bill Hix, Afghanistan Regional Security Integration Command - South

The ARSIC-South Commander, COL Bill Hix, wishes to discuss the potential of the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) and discuss the progress they have made to date. COL Hix is starting his second year in Afghanistan- prior to his assisgnment as the Commander for ARSIC-South, COL Hix was the Chief of Staff for CSTC-A (ARSIC-South's second higher heqdquarters) in Kabul. Col Hix can also discuss the security sitation in southern Afghanistan, the most volatile region of the country.
