Caraccilo, Cmdr, 3rd Brigade, 101st Airborne Div. 3rd Brigade Combat Team. 101st Airborne Division conducted a transfer of authority with 2nd Brigade, 10th Mountain Division on Nov. 2. They launched the kinetic/offensive phase of Operation Marne Courageous on Nov. 16.
