~ Basic Level One Reiki Class ~ Part One

I will be teaching a Reiki (level one) class. This will be a very basic class. It will give you background history of Reiki, talk about how to run the healing energy, hand positions, etc. I will be referencing 1). Reiki -The Healing Touch First and Second Degree Manual by William Lee Rand that I purchased through The International Center for Reiki Training. And also 2). The Usui Reiki, Contemporary and Traditional Level One Manual by Peggy L Jentoft. The Manual by Peggy can be downloaded and printed for free from the internet. I actually prefer this manual over the one I was required to purchase through The Reiki Institute. It is more user friendly and is written from a healers perspective versus an institute...This is the first class,Part one. I am a Reiki Practitioner, Master-Teacher level.
