Every OTHER MOONDAY the SISTAHOOD 101 family will come together to BUILD with the Mothers/'Teachers to maintain a checks and balance with one another as we strive to keep ourselves in good health and on one accord with nature.  

   YES thats ME Sista Phala Nazarine in my BEFORE pics!  As I have continued to stress,  I tend to teach by example more so than talking about it.  I AS A PHAT SISTA want to come forth STRONG on the MOVEMENT of Health & WELLNESS. I KNOW what it is and what it means to struggle with weight gain and loss.  I am a MOTHER and a woman who lives a HIGH STRESS,  both good and not so good, life style CONSTANTLY on the GO, and I have been fortunate enough to maintain a clean bill of health.  My goal now is to naturally shed a few pounds by simply implementing more exercise and more LIVE/RAW foods into my diet.  I am also linking with a life coach and will be getting some training tips from various trainers.  I will be inviting many of you ALL to join US on this journey.  The Sistahood is FULL of testimonies ready to be shared.  

    We will use the strength and the WISDOM of our UNIQUE GLOBAL CYBER link up of Sistren who are working on a communal scale to rebuild and REBIRTH our Nation.
