The aim of the show is to dialogue about how African-American communities can better support their children, discussing the most feasible ways to reach and teach today’s young generation and informing you on existing community resources that are not widely publicized. Today's Show
Today we experienced some user error and picked up the podcast ten minutes into the live show today. Justin Sachs was unable to connect so he will be rescheduled for another date but the show was still very interesting with great information on Black business to business opportunities and addressing sexual abuse.
We will discuss the recent accomplishment of Black Teen Kimberly Anyadike who became the youngest African American female pilot to complete a cross country flight.
The Valley Swim Club racism saga continues with some members denying the racism charges and others acknowledging that racism was part of the decision to deny African American and Hispanic American children access to the pool.
Special Guest is Justin Sachs who is the founder and chairman of the board of the Peak Performance Lifestyles Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated and committed to empowering teenagers with the tools to become leaders and to contribute to their communities.
