Is Mayor Michael Bloomberg (D) ignoring NYPD crisis?

Law enforcement agencies have thir issues all over the country but none more so than the New York City Police department. From shooting unarmed teen Ramarley Ghraham, planting drugs on innocent citizens and a record number of stop & frisks by the NYPD, some are questioning Mayor Bloomberg's leadership and if he is doing enough to reign in the out of control New York Police Department.
