Conservative groups are going after Max Baucus and Jon Tester with media ads and so called media outlets still writing about the non-scandal still can not get there facts in order which makes them not worth the paper their printed on and not worth the cyberspace their occupying.

Earlier this month, a New York Judge ordered all of Acorn’s federal funding be restored. Now how could that happen, unless Congress acted out of ordered when it passed its knee jerk Defund Acorn Act?

Why would a conservative group spend money to target ACORN just months away from the 2010 Population Census Count? I think it is obvious considering the importance of the decennial event.
