Rev Sharpton Publishes Article About Youth Violence On A Website That Promotes Gangster Rappers

Rev Al Sharpton pens an article "The Violence Must Stop!" published on News One, a website he is now a featured writer on but does he know about the inappropriate content promoted to youth under the BlackPlanet.com brand of which News One is a part of? Their Terms of Service say they target users ages 14 yrs old and up.
Am I saying Rev Al should not be associated with the BlackPlanet family, no, I am saying he should become aware of what they stand for and what they promote to our youth and use his influence, if he has any with them, to address the issues with content inappropriate for our youth.

I caught a public radio program called Charlotte Talk doing a segment called "Drug Interdiction in North Carolina". I was appalled at the propaganda about marijuana being spewed by Charlotte's Assistant District Attorney Heather Taraska who made excuses for alcohol while demonizing marijuana. The host did a good job in asking the tough questions related to prison overcrowding, draining tax payers to pay for the privatized prison industrial complex and the fact that the State of North Carolina is a drug dealer.

Did you know the Bible is being re-written by Conservatives to remove or re-word "liberal" passages. The conservative media talks a lot about the radicalization of Islam but are Conservatives trying to radicalize the right wing brand of Christianity more than it already is?
