The kumbaya state of mind

What is it, that makes certain black people think everyone is for them? Have black people actually benefited off of thinking everyone is there friend? Why can other groups of people. Be about themselves first and foremost. But black people, the people that actually FOUGHT and DIED by the thousands to have for self. Gets told they must include everyone. After black people having included everyone in important things like the civil rights era and black panthers. And after letting everyone in. But watching the foundation for progress fall after opening the arms. Why is it that black people still to this day think they have friends?
