Think Pink!

This past week it seemed the word PINK was coming up an awful lot...from Breast Cancer Awareness to that pesky pink elephant that keeps rearing it's ugly little head...I have been surrounded by pink!  Finally I took the hint and said OK!! I'll do it!!  I mean, ok...I didn't need a sign from God to talk about breast cancer awareness in October...what kind of host would I be if I didn't take an opportunity to encourage everyone to touch themselves?  It's the other pink that's going to be the REAL touchy subject.  I have all the confidence in the world in you, the listener, to know that we can talk about the subject of race in our cities and in our schools without being racist or divisive. The first step in being UNIFIED is understanding, respecting, and celebrating our differences!! Funny how things work, isn't it? OH YES!  We must not forget the other PINK!!!  I'll be fearturing music from the one and only through out my show too!!  Got to love her voice and energy!!  See you Tuesday at The Sweet Spot!!
