Do You Hate "Hate Crime Laws?"

Do you want to put a chill on free speech?  Call it a hate crime.  Why are individuals who carry the same characteristic as the underlying hate crime immune?  Yes, a black person can't be charged with a hate crime for committing a crime against someone because they are black?  A gay man cannot be accused of homophobia because he is gay?  I can talk about my own but nobody else can?  Why are we so selective and bias when it comes to hate?  Let's be honest, are blacks sympathetic victims of crimes including hate crimes.  Are people including blacks comfortable with viewing blacks as perpetuators of crimes, including hate crimes.
