Identifying the 3 models of reparations

One of the priorities of reparations is to acknowledge that upon implementing the Five Phase Plan; Blacks, Whites and Jews will work together to produce a Reparations Package that will be similar to the Marshal Plan. Resources from the package will be used to maximize the potential in each of the 3 models of reparations. The 3 models of reparations are, (1) To Improve Integration, (2) To Establish Repatriation and (3) To Create Sovereignty. Blacks need to utilize these models to revive their culture and build new communities after experiencing extensive and severe damage from slavery and on-going atrocities. Approaching reparations in this manner will prevent blacks from being fooled into accepting something less than they deserve.
