About the Author
Ramone Harpe
r is a vision interpreter, minister, entrepreneur, mentor, and author. He is the founder of BNB Consulting and Associates a management and consulting firm that assists leaders to identify, interpret, and strategically transform their visions into realities.  He is a sought after trainer for leadership conferences, workshops, and seminars. He also serves as Executive Pastor for Change Church located in New Jersey. 

He has contracted with ministries, small businesses, not-for-profits, and start-ups in the areas of organizational development, staff and leadership development, and branding. His company also managed various artists such as comedian Marcus D. Wiley of the Yolanda Adams Morning Show and Stellar Award winner and Grammy nominated artist James Fortune.

Ramone earned his BS in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration from Alabama State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1997. In 2001, he graduated at the top of his class from the federal government USDA New Leaders Program. He is currently enrolled at Regent's University working on his Masters of Divinity Degree.
