This week we have our man back from this season of TUF, A man always killing the Mic for Bellator, A women running WMMA, & another looking to take the UFC title home to San Diego.

Clint Hester is back on the show this week and we have plenty to talk about from his team getting control back last week, to the feelings in the house about Urijah Hall and his brutal KO. Clint has yet to fight but he's been training and we will talk his feeling about being in the house up to this point. Nothing to crazy has gone on so far and it seems like for once a season will be more about the fights then the pranks. Follow Clint on twitter @ClintHester

If we are going to talk Bellator there is no one better in the business to do it with then Jimmy Smith. Jimmy is no stranger to the show and always brings it, just like he does week in and week out calling the action for one of the hardest hitting promotions in the world! We will talk this seasons tournaments, Bellator signing some huge names like King Mo, and of course what kind of trouble Jimmy has been getting into. Follow Jimmy on twitter @JimmySmithMMA

Shannon Knapp doesn't even need an introduction cause if you don't know who she is, you must not know Womens' MMA. Shannon is putting on the best fights with her promotion Invicta FC and this next card will be no different. We will talk to Shannon about the future of Invicta, Liz vs. Rhonda, and her goals for 2013. Get ready to talk to the lead woman of WMMA and follow her on twitter @ShanKnapp

Our last guest is ready to make history and for the biggest fight of her carrer. The Girl-rilla is back in the shop and we will talk about the Cameras being around for this fight, the pressure, her opponent, and so much more. Liz will be one of the first two females to step in the UFC cage ever and we will talk the experience to this point and so much more. Follow Liz on twitter @IAmGirlRilla
