Roz is a former UK based consultant whose goal is now to be the first woman to row solo across the Pacific Ocean. In 2005 she rowed 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. In 2008 she was the first women to row from California to Hawaii on the first stage of her Pacific crossing. January is a time we often think about turning our mind to the goals for the year. This year Roz will share what she has learnt in how to play a bigger game, resilience in adversity and how she manages to keep herself inspired in her solo crossing.
