Coach Tim interviews entrepreneur, motivational speaker and philanthropist Jose Vazquez. Having overcome poverty, insecurity, neglect and violence, Jose has developed the faith and strength to become a prosperous entrepreneur. He is the owner of Vazcom Communications, based in Salem, WI. Vazquez’s objective, through his speaking engagements, is to help others achieve their full potential and success by using learned tools that focus on aligning the mind, body and spirit. Jose uses his past experiences of growing up in poverty, violence and hopelessness to inspire his audience to take charge of their lives. Vazquez shares his victorious story of change and the power of the human spirit to conquer barriers and end negative cycles. Audiences find Jose’s sense of humor and upbeat spirit not only captivating but his message noteworthy. Jose is a philanthropist and gives both his time and financial contributions to various charitable organizations committed to improving his community, reforming prior inmates, education and aiding the poor. He volunteers his time in coaching a softball little league for girls ages 7-11 year old. He finds much fulfillment in coaching because it allows him to help build positive self esteem and self confidence in these young women. Vazquez also draws a lot of satisfaction acting as a mentor and life coach to inspiring entrepreneurs. He is deeply motivated to make the world a better place and derives much of his passion to succeed in order to help others. He has been quoted as saying, “I feel most successful when I help others to achieve their own success professionally or personally.”
