    One of the key success secrets is to remember to take a pause (or several) in your day and reflect on the here and now.  Check in with yourself:
     
    What's going on for me right now?
    Am I achieving what I anticipated in my day?
    What can I do right now to either stay on track, or get back on track?

    Take a moment to count at least 3 blessings in your day.

    Today is November 11th.  A day we stop at the eleventh hour for one full minute to reflect on those who have sacrificed so that we could enjoy our freedom.  Indeed, a blessing offered to us by faces we don't know.  So many lie together with poppies row by row.    

    Today we take a special pause and remember.
