    Mariel's Kitchen with Mariel Hemingway

Mariel Hemingway rocks!  She has put together the most delicious books including, "Healthy Living from the Inside Out" and "Mariel's Kitchen" (and already authoring her 4th book!).

Mariel is all about how to spruce up your life.  How to make it fun and fulfilling.  How to gain more producitivey, creativity, love and success by taking care of your temple.  Your body!

Know this.  Whatever you feed yourself feeds not just your body, but also your brain and soul.  If you want to create magic and change in your life, you need to connect to nourishing you.

Think of not just what you eat, but also what kinds of rituals and ceremonies you put into play at the dinner table (hopefully you're eating at one and not on the run).

Mariel chooses to eat with a placemat, using the finest china, lighting a candle and giving thanks.  It helps her slow down, resonate with her food and relish the experience.  What about you?  What can you do to love your meal times?

Balance all starts with meditation and breakfast.  Take the first steps and you'll soon be taking strides toward healthy living, an invigorating career and resounding business.

If you want to get unstuck and get moving - if you want to model the way for others in your life - if you want to inspire and be inspired, join "Mariel's Kitchen".

Have a taste for more?  Check it out.

Let us give thanks for the food we receive.  And for Mariel's ingredients that make for a delicious and satisfying life.
