Reflect - Ask yourself, "what's important to me?" Listen to your words.  "Ought to", "Should", "Got to", "Have to", "Need to", "Supposed to" are clues you aren't living or doing what's important to YOU. Au contraire: "Love to", "Inspired to", "Excited to" are clues you are being true to your core.

Ask yourself, "How is my  current situation serving me?"  Find the benefits in living your situation.  You are making the choice whether consciously or subconsciously.

Step into Inspired Action - Change happens only when you act with inspiration and juice.

Maintain balance - The universe operates in balance.  If your out of balance (whether too much energy, abundance, grandeur OR limitations, lack and hardship), the universe will bring you a message.  Without balance you can crash hard.  Chaney uses celebrity examples.
