Should I submit to a leader who does not have spiritual Sight??

Greetings to you all, I am excited about this topic because there are a lot of people sitting under leaders and can't understand why they are not getting what they need to live better lives......It is because the men and women of God can't see......How do you lead when you can't see........So on this show we will talk about leadership and it's resposabilty to the body of Christ........
