Shalom, I will be having a special "live" broadcast on 1/1/2009 @ 3:00 central time. This broadcast will be dealing with the issue of polygamy, some like to call it "plural marriages". Either way, it's still polygamy, and that's what a judge will call it in the courts of U.S. law. If you are for it or against it, all I ask is you bring your scriptures and a descent attitude along. This will be a very educational broadcast. Take your stand and be counted in the census of righteousness on this day, Yahweh will be listening to every word we speak, shalom.

"Why do you call Me, "Lord, Lord," and do not what I say?" Luke 6:46 The greatest confession you, I or anyone else for that matter, can ever make is, "Jesus is Lord." It is important for us to understand the implications of that statement. Perhaps you have never really sat down and thought about what it means, but when you said, "Jesus is Lord," you said a lot! First lets be clear that we do not and we did not "make Him Lord." Jesus was already Lord, so we did not make Him Lord, we just came under His lordship. But what exactly does that mean to and for us? How can we practically apply this to our lives? The word 'lord' in Hebrew is adonai, which means owner! Jesus is the King of the Kingdom of heaven, of which we are all citizens. In a kingdom the King/Lord owns everything & everyone in it. There is no personal/private ownership in the Kingdom. Psalm 24:1,2 clearly tells us that the earth and everything in it belongs to God, so we actually own nothing. And thats not a bad thing at all. Why do I say that? If you own it then you are responsible for it's upkeep, etc. But if you are simply leasing it or you are a steward of it, you have an obligation to maintain it, but the primary responsibility belongs to the owner. Say that you were renting instead of buying a home. If something breaks or stops working, you don't have to go into your pocket to have it fixed; that's the landlord's responsibility! When you submitted to the Lordship of Jesus you actually placed the care of you (spiritual, physical, mental, social, etc,) in His care. He owns you and it is not your place to try and fix yourself. Jesus will fix you because He is Lord of you. Being lord also means that He is first in your life. Whatever He commands or desires for you and of you, your answer must always be, "Yes, Lord." If Jesus is your Lord, you cannot say, "Lord...but," or "Lord...wait." There is no such thing as lordship without obedience! I submit to you beloved that we cannot call Him Lord and then proceed to make excuses as to why we have not obeyed Him. Being Lord tells us that whatever He commands us to do, He must make provisions to do it. Keep in mind that Abraham didn't go up to Moriah looking for a ram. He was there to obey God completly. We will never see the provision without being obedient. As our Lord, He has obligated Himself to take care of us. I pray that all who call on the name of Jesus Christ, and who have boldly declared Him as your Lord, would begin to do what He commands. Jesus is either Lord of all, or He is not Lord at all. Luke 12:48 I shared with my ministry students during a study session I taught, "We have got to become more aware of the accountability factor. We are all going to have to give an account. The closer I get to the Throne of Grace the more serious I become about the things of God & what I have left to do." People of God, I don't know if you are aware of it, but I think this generation of saints is going to be in BIG TROUBLE with God. Now why do I say this? Because WE HAVE ALLOWED SO MUCH MESS TO GO ON IN OUR SOCIETY, COMMUNITY & WORLD. Now you may say to me, "It sounds like you are holding us responsible for the mess this world is in Bishop?" YOU ARE SO RIGHT! I do hold us responsible for the mess this world is in. We stood by passively watching the Enemy errode the moral fiber of our community, we watch drugs & gangs take over our neighborhoods, etc. And yes I say we really are going to be held responsible for the mess WE'VE ALLOWED! It's so much easier for us to look at things and blame the devil for the mess, but lets look at the word of God to see who really is at fault here. In the 1st place God gave dominion over the earth to man who was made in His image after His likeness. The word did not say that the Lord said "Let us have dominion over the earth," but rather "let them have dominion." Man is in charge down here. But not all men are in charge here on earth, but Kingdom citizens who have been given a kingdom mandate to exercise dominion, enforcing the will of the King in heaven here on earth. God left us in charge and He gave us the authority needed. I see you still are not completely convinced so I ask you to turn to Matthew 16:19 "And I will give unto thee the keys of the Kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever YOU SHALT bind of on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." Instead of us shacking our heads in disgust at the surroundings and conditions of our society, we need to go out and apologize to these people for allowing things to get so bad. Jesus said that what we allowed to go on in earth, heaven would allow it, and what we did not permit or allow on earth, heaven wouldn't allow it. The power/authority of binding & loosing, permitting and prohibiting, belongs to the saints and is the responsibility of the saints. It's not too late to recover some ground but I want to exhort you saints of God to get busy using your authority. We can take back our cities and neighborhoods one block at a time by using our God given dominion. Be blessed Bishop Robinson
