Dan Pettegrew from the Family Arts Center joins us At Eye Level this week.  Dan will be joined by Janet Espinosa and Marge Howard.  They'll be sharing the story of The Family Arts Center and the Flying High with Broken Wings Cancer Awareness Campaign.

Family Arts Center is producing a breast cancer awareness educational campaign called Flying High With Broken Wings. The song, co-written by Ms. Janet Espinoza and Mr. Dan Pettegrew,  is available through Goodnight Kiss Records.  It is the FAMILY Arts Center’s official tribute song.  A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.  Ms. Espinoza is a breast cancer survivor.

Marge Howard is a stellar entertainer.  In early years, her velvet voice was selected for the 'Voices of Alexander Youth Choir' led by Director Bob Morrow.  Shortly after, she signed with Talent Unlimited, Music Group the Trend, and continued touring nationally for several years.  Under the direction of Bill Longo, Marge brought to life soulful lyrics, embracing Jazz, R&B, Blues, Classic Rock and Country.  Accompanied by the Mark Band of Phoenix, AZ, her unique voice and performance ability covers a multitude of Blues and Urban Contemporary songs and sounds, ranging from Ray Charles to Gershwin.  As part of a book/CD ensemble, Marge unveiled her own self-spirited style, and commanded the stage in front of a standing room-only audience in Hollywood, performing the legendary song, 'Flying High With Broken Wings'.
