Star of numerous Italian grindhouse favorites (many of which top the infamous BBFC "video nasties" list), Giovanni has worked with some of the biggest names in Italian cult cinema, including the likes of Fulci, Margheriti, Soavi, Deodato and Lenzi and stars like David Hess, John Saxon, Fred Williamson, Michael York and Asia Argento.
