Child support.

What do you think about child support? Ladies if you have a child by a man knowing he's unable to support himself at the time of conception should he still be put on child support. Men if you have a child with a woman you are not married to. Is just paying child support enough or should you be a mandated to be a life long partner in that child's life.( by the courts)
