Rand was born in Washintgton State in 1962, just southwest of Mount St Helens. He was raised early in the ways of the wilderness at a young age and got his first deer and elk at the age of 12. At the time that was the youngest leagal age to hunt in that state. by that time he had alreadyknown how to track ,hunt,learn the animal sounds and also the edible plants and mushrooms.More than basic survival skills. He had heard of bigfoot growing up in the pacific northwest ,but thought it was just Native American lore and hogwash basicly. knowing how much time he had spent in the wilderness and never seeing it. those where his thoughts untilhe was driving his truck on a state highway in 1984....snnce then he has researched not only in Washington state but also in Texas and Oregon also. please help us welcome our guest Rand trusty
