This year with all its problems add a great deal of stress to our plates. A number of psychiatric disorders have been found to co-occur with PTSD, including, for example, major depression, anxiety disorders, borderline personality disorder, and substance use disorders. A history of trauma and PTSD has also been found to be common among people with eating disorders. How are all these things related? What are the signs? What can we do?
