Adam M. Roberts “The Compassionate Conservationist”, wildlife conservationist and environmental expert, talks about the benefits of creating backyard habitats for birds and wildlife, how to garden in a humane and eco-friendly way, and the harms of plant trafficking.

Adam has spent the past quarter century working for animal protection and wildlife conservation in Washington, DC.  Adam has significant expertise working on issues of international wildlife trade and captive wild animals. He also serves on the board of directors of the Species Survival Network and is a founding member of the board of the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries.  He is also the founder of The $10 Club, a microphilanthropic organization funding poverty alleviation projects in developing countries. The former CEO of Born Free USA, Adam has been a Big Blend wildlife conservation and environment expert contributor for the past 10 years.
