She was tireless in her ambition and motivation, which was ultimately recognized when she finished as runner up.  Carolyn was sought after to launch her own radio show in 2018.  Carolyn’s testimonials speak for themselves as she is one of the top speakers/trainers in the leadership space.

About our discussion she says, "We are now living in a world where there are 3 very different generations in the workforce.  This has cause some significant issues and requires a full mindset shift for some leaders today.  The gaps are linked to differences in beliefs, values and purpose.  These differences cause conflict and create an environment where nothing seems to mesh.  The greatest challenge leaders are faced with is the communication gap.  To some it seems that the other generation is speaking a totally different language.  I believe that focus needs to be put on this area to be ready for the drastic changes that we are headed for.  In 2024, the millennials will make up 75% of the workforce and they require different things than what companies are currently providing.  Many companies are at a loss for what to do."
