About our interview he says, "Municipalities want reduced costs, improved access to data and enhanced opportunities for collaboration. Hence, many local government officials pursue migration of core applications to the cloud. In doing so, they seek to ensure confidentiality, security and compliance while sharing sensitive information with teams and colleagues anytime and anywhere.  However, cloud migration initiatives are sure to test even the most capable of IT departments. Moving applications seamlessly and securely to the cloud with minimal impact on internal users and the public requires careful planning. Pre-migration assessments identify the organization’s transition requirements and ensure systems compatibility to avoid service interruption."
