Conservatives in Academic Administration

My guest will be Jodi Fisler.  Jodi is the Assistant to the Vice President of Student Affairs at the College of William and Mary where she completed her doctoral dissertation, The Elephant in the Room: Deconstructing the Place of Conservatives in the Student Affairs Profession. We will be discussing an often unacknowledged aspect of diversity in higher education, namely the experiences and perceptions of conservatives who work in the field of student affairs.
