What is the Bad News about the Good News?

What is the Good News which is often referred to as the Gospel? Almost every denomination within Christianity professes to teach the Gospel but are they really teaching it? Those that are not a part of Christianity, but believe in the entire Bible also contend that they are spreading the Gospel, but they have missed the mark as well. Did you know that it is impossible to enter into the kingdom of Heaven without hearing this Good News and living by it’s’ message? In other words, you must hear this message, do what is commanded, and continue to live by the message in order to have eternal life. As we continue to stress week in and week out, the message that gives eternal life cannot vary based on religion or denomination, but should be a consistent message; the message that was given by Christ. If the Good News was indeed given by Christ, who is not the author of confusion, why are we so separated by factions who preach news of separation?
