Tonight we'll talk about the tarot decks of Richard Shadowfox! Richard ShadowFox learned Tarot in college through the studies of Carl Jung, but that was entirely without context, and didn’t promote practical application. That came later.
Over the last 11 years, Richard has completed the Legends of Rock Tarot, The Minimal E. Stick Tarot, The Tarot Progressive, The Ultimate Tarot, The ShadowFox Tarot, and Tarot Deck of Heroes. He has in progress now, and scheduled for release in 2013, Tarot of the Night, with the Chromillennium Tarot and Feminine Devine Tarot up next.
Although he uses modern technology, he is very much a traditionalist with his imagery, in that he likes the original concept of humans, the elements and the normal environments of everyday life.
Richard has a degree in Computer Science and has worked for such companies as IBM, and Arthur Andersen, but wanted to be an artist and a writer. As fate would have it, Richad found his opportunity to focus his artistic energies and desires in the late 1990s through the Tarot.
To further his appreciation Richard has also read and studied the writings of Rachel Pollack, (his favorite), Mary K. Greer, Robert Place, as well as many others.
