Lyn is an accomplished author, having written: Understanding The Future - 2007-2020; Do It Yourself Astrology, which was republished as The Watkins Astrological Handbook; The Astrological Oracle; Astro-Wisdom The Instant Astrologer - with CD ; & Divine Astrology - with Cards.

Lyn believes astrology is one of the true great descriptors and liberators of human potential – and his style of astrology is geared towards achieving these very ends. He interprets charts with the aim of helping people to become more aware of negative patterns of behavior that attract pain and difficulty – manifesting mainly in relationship, work or health problems. At the same time, he identifies & reaffirms strengths & positive potential, those qualities that ultimately take one forward and upward, and help to find an individual’s rightful place in this world.

He sees astrology as not only a tool for personal guidance and uplift, but additionally as aiding the evolution of the human spirit. He is also a musician, poet, and a trained hypnotherapist.
