Ellen Lorenzi-Prince, creator of Tarot of The Crone, demonstrates a spread that should speak to our souls while at the same time teach us about the concept of the crone in our lives & the hidden gems in her deck.

Ellen's deck is new vision inspired by ancient Greek art, religion & myth. The Crone is the ancient holy one. She is grandmother, witch and hag. She has been ignored, trivialized, blamed & feared, for she holds powers that others deny. Powers of time & transformation. Powers we may fear, but would do better to understand.

In a magical moment 25 ago, Ellen was given her first tarot deck. It has been an integral part of her spiritual path ever since. Her own deck, Tarot of the Crone, was created as an offering to her goddess, as a path to strength during a dark time, & as a way to delve more deeply into what tarot meant to her. Since discovering power & healing through that process, Ellen's focus has shifted from reading & teaching to creation & imagination. In addition to using tarot for plot & character development in her writing, she has designed & produced the Pandora Tarot, Tarot Paper Dolls, & the upcoming Minoan Tarot.
