Being a guest on Leontyne's show was my first experience with either radio or a "formal" interview. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable with the process, and everything she said about how the show would unfold was accurate. I really appreciated her sensitivity to my nervousness as well as her very easy-going, laid back nature. She kept saying that it would be just like us talking on the phone... and it was! I am very grateful to Leontyne for the experience and the opportunity to discuss an issue that is close to my heart. I am also very excited about our new friendship and look forward to combining our parallel beliefs and diverse expertise to accomplish great things! I also look forward to many more opportunities to advocate for older foster youth and share my expertise with others. If Leontyne has asked you to be on her show, you are in the hands of a great interviewer, a critical thinker, and above all, a caring and warm person. You won't regret it!

I am so blessed to be able to speak to eager listeners who have made a pledge to stand up for the voiceless among us. Today's show was hosted by one of the most passionate and detailed host I have ever sat with. Leontyne engaged me and allowed the conversation to naturally evolve to achieve the greatest good. After the show, I was bombarded by scores of comments from listeners and others who could not get in. Here is a snapshot of those positive comments from loyal listeners via social networking and email: 1. @bradbechler, thanks for the lovely show. It was a powerful display of compassion. 2. Mr. Brad, your show was so great. You and the Host were joined at the hip, and it flowed well. I learned something about giving. 3. Great show, Brad. How can I get your book, again. 4. @bradbechler, now I understand why you are on Twitter so much. 5. I loved the format. Although it went down to the wire, it was too short. I could listen to this show all day. 6. Mr. Bechler, I don't often find compassion like you in Men, especially our Black men. 7. @bradbechler, I cried while listening to you and the host. I was moved.
