Laughter is not as far from tears as you might expect. In order to laugh, we have to be connected to our feelings. Being able to cry means we are able to laugh as well. The more we allow ourselves to be emotionally present the more we can enjoy all the fullness of life. Laughter feels good and can bring us great release.
