We have been discussing the courage to embrace reality, seek the truth, to say no to the destructive patterns we may have adopted and to say yes to that which brings us life.  Once we plant both feet on the path of healing, we find new doors opening and new opportunities arising in our lives.  We can make decisions to join a support group, we can learn new skills, participate in coaching or spiritual direction, get involved in a cause, or train to do that which we know we were born to do.  We can find our power to speak out and bring truth and light and life into others’ lives.  We begin to leave the old ways behind and make the courageous decisions to walk towards the thriving lives we long to live.

Join Misa Leonessa as she interviews Bo Budinsky, abuse survivor and thriving activist and speaker, as he shares his amazing journey into the courageous decisions to embrace a new life of truth, advocacy and health.
