Beyond Abuse Radio: Embracing Your Beauty, Part 1

I tell you each week that you are beautiful!  But what does that mean?  And how do I know you are beautiful- I can’t even see you?  Beauty is something that each one of us is created with.  Unfortunately, many of us bury our beauty because we come to see ourselves through the eyes of our abusers.  Uncovering that beauty and living out of it is part of the process of moving from surviving to thriving.  This week we will be exploring what beauty is and why EVERY ONE of you is beautiful.
