On this week's show I am fortunate to have Janet Britcher join me to talk to managers, leaders and other business people about the unspoken risk in the economic recovery -- retention of good employees. Janet Britcher has extensive executive coaching, human resources and organizational consulting experience, and has held leadership roles inside corporations including Thomson Financial Software Solutions and the law firm Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo. She also has extensive management experience, managing groups of 60 employees. She has an MBA with a concentration in organizational development, is certified in Myers-Briggs, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), LEGO Serious Play and a Gestalt group process. She was a faculty member in the Management Department of Regis College and Lesley University. Join me while I talk to this expert on retention!
