To which I say, where in scriptures does God instruct the RICH or the government to take care of the poor? Who did he assign the responsibility of caring for the widows, and orphans? Who did he tell to take care of the strangers or refugees? God did not give this job to the world. He gave it to the church. Which makes me ask, why is MOST OF the church still LIVING IN EXTREMEpoor? Where are our results? Where is the manifestation of abundance that God promised? We must stop making excuses for lack, poverty and insuficency. We must stop complaining that others are not doing our job. We must contend not just for the revelation for the provision of God but also be willing to put in the work of encountering God, receiving revelation, taking action until results appear. This is what he told me to do.  "Release the sounds of heaven over Dallas Texas."  So I Invite the body of Christ to mix their voice with this sound. Point to Dallas release this sound. As you sing this melody, Holy Spirit will give you a shout over Dallas! Release that shout. Remember, it was not warfare fighting on the ground that brought the walls of Jericho down. It was strategic sound. We are to shout over Dallas! For the lord has given us this city!  After you release this sound, Holy Spirit will give you decrees to make over the city of Dallas. Whatever he tells you to say say it out loud!  This is called sound warfare! As we release the sound it will open portals over the city of Dallas Texas and angels will descend to manifest the will of God on earth for the city of Dallas Texas. We used a play on words to reflect the perspective of “arms” being the tools of warfare. What are weapons? Spiritual Weapons are tools used to inflicting spiritual, mental and physical harm rendering the victim damaged beyond use or dead. To do that, the weapon must have a means of gaining an advantage over the victim. 2 Corinthians 2:10-11 ... I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Christ, 11 lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices. NKJV The quickest advantage and the best strategy in any war is when the enemy takes himself out.  And that is what satan is doing to the body of Christ. He is allowing us to take ourselves out from the inside. Ordnance is the branch of armed forces that obtains, maintains, and issues weapons. It is derived from the same word that ordinance comes from. Ordinare is a Latin word meaning to 'put in order"  That is the role of the church.  But our ability to rule and put things in order depends on the state of our heart. On the one hand, Weapons of the heart are the things the enemy uses to bring us down. And on the other hand, they are the tools we can use to tire the enemy out, expend all of his resources, and defeat him. Both the kingdom of darkness and the kingdom of God use Weapons of the heart. The people you know right now helped you get to where you are right now. But they are not equipped to help you move into a new level and function at a higher degree. The new strategic alliances know how to function in the new realm. They have the connections, the information, and the strategies to help you maneuver in areas that are unfamiliar to you. If you want to maximize the prophetic words you are getting, make sure you are studying new information. Make sure you are listening to new voices. And make sure that you are open to new strategic alliances. All of these will be unfamiliar and will make you to varying degrees uncomfortable. But if you are not willing to accept the change of new information, new voices, and new strategic alliances, the words you're hearing now will still be just words and they will have no power to produce the desired effect. The first is WARFARE. The second is WEALTH and the third is CAPACITY. Recall that we said Chayil is an allegory. She is a representation of an ideal. She is also a model for us today. So, as I was reading the phrases girds her loins and strengthens her arms, I thought, “what else can loins and arms represent?” If Eshet Chayil means woman of valor, then there has to be a fight somewhere. You cannot have an effective fight without arms or weapons. Let’s consider Proverbs 31:17 differently using the idea of military weapons. She girds her loins with strength, and strengthens her arms. KJV Loins are considered as the seat of strength and vigor. They represent strength in its connection to truth. It speaks to faithfulness and readiness; while arms speak to military tools or weaponry. Remember Chayil is a warfare word. Over 50% of the time it is translated, it is in the context of warfare with the inclination towards victory. If you see the word in this new setting, it allows us to discover powerful resources. Strategy in warfare means understanding how to fight. The right weapons mean everything. It overwhelms, swallows and engulfs you. Reverence creates AWE. And AWE takes our breath away. Awe is born out of a divine encounter which morphs what you are. It is not a change. It is a complete reworking of your inner being.  Proverbs 31:30, says that Chayil was a woman that feared the Lord. She had come alive to the knowledge of her own insignificance; yet she was aware that she was infinitely loved by God.  The first characteristic of a true Chayil woman is realizing her value to God. It is the awareness that she has a place in the universe by God’s own doing. She knows that regardless of what circumstances she might face in life, the solution has already been crafted. The flip side of the coin of reverence is  Godly fear. Not fear as in being afraid, but a fear rooted in being accountable for what you have been given and an extreme fear of the one who gave it to you. It is a fear that knows one day you will have to give an account of how you spent your TALENTS. We are all expected to produce something out of what has been placed in us. But lets look at it one more time with different eyes. Look at the underlined portion starting with the word “thoughts.”  One of the meanings of this word is to plait, to weave, to fabricate, to interpenetrate. It means to mix or merge together. It is referring to the process of mixing things together to create something new, to alter its shape of form. So the implication is that there multiple ingredients which must be combined to make a “plait.” What God is saying in this passage is that HE has given great consideration to what he has for our lives. But there are missing pieces. You see, any mother of a daughter will tell you; To make a good plait that will HOLD (stay intact), take a nice form (look good), and bring GLORY to head of that little girl, You have to have at leastTHREE PIECES! Thus, our responsibility is not to sit idly by allowing the enemy to bombard us with FACTS. But rather, we should learn and use Jesus' example of consistently overiding FACTS with TRUTH. John 17:17 says, "thy WORD is TRUTH."  We are sanctified by the TRUTH of the WORD we know and DO. To SANCYIFY means to set apart for the purpose of use. Most of the time we see that word we only think of behaviors and attitudes that exhibit the appearance of "HOLINESS." But to SANCTIFY for use includes a process, of purification, education in order for you to be ASSIGNED TO A POSITITION and PLACE of AUTHORITY. Where we begin to THINK, SPEAK, and ACT like JESUS; doing the THINGS that JESUS DID. How do we OVERCOME FACTS WITH TRUTH?
