Learning How to Pray

"Learn how to fight or get beat up!"

Those were the words the Holy Spirit spoke to more that 30 years ago as a young adult just launching out in life. One day I was having a big pity party, feeling sorry for myself and angry with God because it seemed as if he was not coming to my aid.

I was shocked to my senses by those words, took out my bible and began to study how to pray. That incident was a defining moment in my life! 

Now many years later, I realize that like any good soldier, I have a variety of weapons to help me accomplish victory and it is my responsibility to learn how to use each one.

There are many different kinds of prayer!

Each one of them is a powerful resource in "Constructing the will of God on Earth as it is in Heaven."

In this Episode of Better Life With Stella, we will explore some these Kinds of Prayer identifying how each one is a tool for constructing the Kingdom of God on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Prayer WORKS. But like keys on a key chain, you have to learn which key works for the DOOR you are trying to open.
