Coming to a city near you is the Customer Service Academy! Employers are you looking for high quality service trained entry lever workers? Then you want to find out about the CSA and how you can join Corporations like Home Depot, Kinkos, Starbucks, Ross, One Price Clothing Stores, Warehouse Music, and many others as an employer Partner. Each academy program runs for 5 nightly sessions and culminates in an interview day. Students range from 16 to 25 years old. The week long program is a values based curriculm that teaches students principles of service, basics of business excellence, presentation skills, and interviewing skills.
