I saw a news segment on the Evening News the other night, that blamed The Great Depression, of the Dirty Thirties, on extended credit.  People were busy, out buying new appliances.

Gee, i find that rather hard to swallow.  My Gram and Nana buying a Frigidaire, along with Housewives across America, and they collapsed the Economy?
