Has anyone noticed that for the past 2 Federal Elections in Canada, to elect the Prime Minister, Election Day takes place within 24 hours of Thanksgiving.

Gee Canada, is this becoming a New Tradition, like American Thanksgiving and Football?

Last time a poll had to be taken to see if Canadians were OK with the idea of an election so close to Thanksgiving.

The majority ruled and a Tradition was Born.

This cetainly has been The Week That Was.

Market Meltdowns, Banks propped up more than breasts worn with a Wire Bra from Fredrick's of Hollywood, the Loonie diving faster than Michael Phelps, Governments owning more mortgages than in a Monopoly Game.

Makes my head spin.

But I haven't lost my appetite.

Yet.

Canadian Banks are structured differently than their American Cousins.

That's why we have not been hit as hard up here, in this Financial Fiasco al Fresco.

Ye gads!  Michael Moore is in The Saulte, (that's  pronounced like Sioux not Salt-Tay),  doing what else?

Shooting a  Documentary about this Canadian Election.

He'll make the news once more when he might be arrested.

For what?

Well, it is illegal, according to Section 131 or some number like that, of the Canadian Election Law,  for a NON Resident of Canada to try to sway or influence Canadian Voters

As far as I know, the only Americans, who might be considered my neighbors are Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell.

Hasn't this guy got anything new or better  to do?

Has he run out of American Documentary Ideas, that he has to come here, to the True North, Proud and Free, to be a parasite?

If there's something I cannot stand, it's someone who is a User.

Whether it is someone trying to use me, to make money from my accurate Clairvoyant/Psychic Abilities (I could write a book about this subject).  Please know and be aware, that I note all of your cell phone numbers, and never pick up my phone, when you call me, at times you assume I am home.  Hahahaha the jokes on you.

And the joke will be on Michael Moore, when Canadians pick our next Prime Minister, this Tuesday, October 14, without any prompting or assistance from him.

So he doesn't like Harper.  He didn't like Bush either, but that didn't change anything.
Election or Universal Health Care-wise.

Moore is showing and shooting his support for the NDP Candidate in The Saulte.
Naughty naughty Michael, or as Danny Kaye used to sing, "You shouldn'ta done that."

Yes, Canada has been around since Confederation (that is 1867 for all you History Buffs) and has done quite well, without any assistance from South of the Border.

And don't forget the War of 1812.

That's why there's a WHite House.

You could look it up, as Casey Stengel said.

Yes,  Harper, who had a good solid lead, has been losing some of that solid ground to Dion.

Jack Layton is making more sense daily with his Kitchen Table $50 Million Plan.

And Green Candidate, Elizabeth May, is doing just fine, thank you very much.

In other words, like the Energizer Bunny, Canada keeps going and going and going.

Documentary not included.
