Well at least somebody cares about Canada.  Or is there more to it?

There certainly is, but that's another Blog.

Senator John McCain made History this week, when he made a visit to Ottawa, to make nice with the Beaver Nation.

Then it was off to the The Economic Club of Toronto.

Premier Harper did not meet Senator McCain, because he cannot show favoritism to either candidate.  But we all know that the Tory Government wants a Republican President.  And we all know that come this fall, the Opposition will attempt to collapse the Government, once more, and force a Federal Election.

McCain did diss Obama, on his stand on NAFTA, to be expected.  What's the Real Deal?  Are Americans being led to believe one thing and then presto change-o, the Truth comes out.

Will Protectionism prevail?  We shall see what we shall see, but it is clear McCain would like to keep Canada as the USA's #1 supplier of energy.  That won't change.

The mystery lingers, who leaked the now infamous "Canadian Memo" about Obama and his real take, and his real plan for NAFTA?  No one is talking.

John McCain would like to see Canada's commitment to the War in Afghanistan continue, but 2009 is our pull out date.

Canadians are not keen on continuing the fight.  Each time one of our Canuck Boys falls in Afghanistan, the Highway of Heroes is lined with Patriotic Canadians (yes, they do exist) standing on guard for their fallen heroes, from the True North, Proud and Free.

Please John, re-consider your take on war.  Yes, I know you're an expert on it, compared to me, but enough blood has been shed already.
