So, the TTC lured the GTA, Toronto, Torontonians, into a false sense of security last weekend, when at the 11th hour, a contract was proposed to all TTC workers, and the public (that would be moi and tu), was led to believe there would be NO TTTC STRIKE.

Today, at the Cinderella stroke of Midnight, thousands of Toronto's citizens, visitors from around the world, were left STRANDED across the GTA, when some of the employees (mechanics) decided not to accept the proposed contract, put before them.

As a result, to show solidarity, 25% of TTC drivers, joined their mechanical bros and decided to vote nay to the contract, also.

Is Toronto angry?  Mais, oui.  The TTC left buses on side streets, afraid the angry public would assault their drivers.  The headline last week was, TTC considering tasers.  They may need them.

Do you feel betrayed, lied to?  Of course.

Do I?  Well, i rarely use the TTC, since i stay mainly in my 'hood, but as promised, i will keep you posted how to get around the city as cheaply as possible, and free, if available.   Like God, you can stand on my word.

Stay tuned.  I told you i only trust my Grandmother.  And she's been dead for 34 years.

Spirit doesn't lie, the TTC does.
