Yours truly doesn't know what is going on in the skies today, heck, half the time, I don't know what's going on within my own 3 foot zone.  You know, the 3 feet of space, strangers are supposed to give you at the coffee shop, but they just have to cozy up to you as if it was going to be a daylight rendezvous at The Second Cup (that's the Canadian version of Starbucks for all you Latte Looinies south of the 49th).

Today was surely a day from hell, if not, the 9th Circle of Purgatory.  The water works are off for 2 days,  9-5 pm, for an upgrade.  Yes, pipes in Toronto are corroding away, and before we are all dead from lead, pipes must be ripped out and laid and we will just leave it at that. And a man who lays pipe is not a  -      he is a pipe fitter.

That's not bad enough, I turned the computer on at 8:30 am and no internet connection from Mama Bell Sympatico.  2 calls to Customer Service, of course, it was my fault, but mais non! Hastings, it was Bell's problem code 718 for all you Canucks wondering what the hell happened to your Bell Sympatico Service today.  So hope you all had a good time at the Library and stocked up on all the books you have wanted to read for the last 6 months.

Then, i had to check with Bell Express Vu tv service, about cutting my service for a 6 month sabbatical, as I gear up for a Busy Busy Sizzling  Summer, when i hope to be commuting between Niagara Falls and TO.

After almost 100 inches of snow in February, i am not staying home and watching America's Got Talent this summer, no matter how much i like Piers (didja see him kick Omarosa to the Curb last week on Celebrity Apprentice?  Don't mess with the Jesuit Schooled Boys Club.  Listen up Steven Baldwin).

Unable to do any work online, and having no water available to do laundry, or wash the tiles, i sat down and watched the Discovery Channel.

Interesting, did we go to the Moon or didn't we?

My viewing was interrupted by a phone call, not the one i was looking forward to from NYC. (Hi to the 914 Bambino).

Someone wanted one question answered.  Call me a softie, call me kind, but someone had a big problem, and after such negativity surrounding me all day, I thought, i would break that vibration.

Can i find lost items?  Well, a few diamond rings, a diamond, and a couple of cats.  Missing people.  OK, i see something silver.  Well, my goodness a dvd has gone astray. A very important dvd.

I chatted with the stranger for 30 mins.  since I had had such an irritating first half of the day, it wouldn't hurt me to help someone out and brighten their day, though mine felt like a Rainy Day in London Town.

It doesn't cost anything to be kind.

God does it all the time.

Imagine my surprise, when i received the following email within half an hour.  It turned my Day Horribilis into the exact opposite.

Hi Betsy
I just spoke to you on the phone today, less than 20
minutes ago!

I asked you where i might find a lost DVD, and you
told me you felt I would find it at home, it was
something overlooked, and I would find it in about 2
hours!

I kept repeating what you told me, "St. Anthony,
please come around, something's lost and can't be
found"

Well I did find it within 15 minutes, in the closet
under papers!

Thank you so much, you're truly wonderful for taking
the time to speak to me!

In the future I am definitely going to you for a
reading :)

Sincerely, Sabrina

That Made My Day.
