I have often shared my conviction that women need to get back into the kitchen to reclaim the health of themselves and their families. I am excited about our
next guest, Katy Marquez Carter, who is completely self-taught and had a very late start in learning how to cook.

Katy grew up as a typical latch-key child and knew no more than how to boil a pot of water and heat food up in the microwave.

Katy is here to share her story to encourage you and inspire you to take the first steps if you have not already done so. These can be baby steps — and just
one at a time.

I know you will love Katy’s sense of humor! That is what really caught my attention on her great blog, Katy She Cooks.

Katy has some great ideas of ways to save time in the kitchen and inspiration to help you get started.

We will touch on why Katy has decided to introduce the GAPS Diet protocol in her home and what some of her limitations and challenges have been so far.
We’ll talk about the need for support and how to try to find a support group in your area.

Be sure to listen and share with others you know who need the inspiration!
